Virginia coach Tony Bennett doesn't think the ACC has done his team any favors with the upcoming schedule.
Speaking on his radio show on Monday night, Bennett gave host Dave Koehn a "no comment" after he was asked about playing Virginia Tech at 8 p.m. on Thursday night and then having to host Boston College on Saturday at 1 p.m., less than 48 hours later.
BC, meanwhile, plays at Maryland on Tuesday night, giving the Eagles over three days to prepare for UVa.
"When I was in the Pac-10, we would always play Thursday-Saturday and that was consistent" said Bennett, later in the segment. "Everybody did that.
"You can't always control [scheduling], but I think there are some things that have to be looked at."
Bennett added: "That's unique. Sometimes both teams will have a day [off], but when one has three and the other has one -- that hasn't happened since I've been here."
