A Ruckersville family had a little extra fun on vacation — literally.
When “High School Musical 3: Senior Year’’ reaches theaters this autumn, keep an eye out during a crowd scene in an auditorium to catch glimpses of Brooke Tyburski, 8, and her family.
“We’re in the audience,’’ Brooke said.
She was in Salt Lake City recently with her family — father Rich, mother Diane, 16-year-old sister Brittany and 14-year-old brother Brett — during filming and got her chance to be an extra and meet some of her favorite actors.
Brooke particularly is a fan of Ashley Tisdale, who plays Sharpay Evans, and Zac Efron, who plays Troy Bolton.
Rich Tyburski said he was impressed by the kind treatment the stars extended to their young fans.
When Brooke presented Efron with a new hat she had made for him, he not only thanked her, but wore it — and proudly showed it off to others.
“I can’t describe how nice he was to her,’’ Tyburski said.
Brooke treasures photos of herself with Tisdale, who she said also was pleasant. In another image, she and her sister posed with Jemma McKenzie-Brown, who plays Tiara, and “High School Musical 3’’ director Kenny Ortega.
The film is expected to be released Oct. 24.
