Any such changes will be announced. If the winner fails to meet any eligibility requirement herein, an alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing to be held as soon as reasonably practicable after initial winner is determined to be ineligible. Once a registrant submits the information, the registrant will see a web page confirming the registration and is automatically entered in this Sweepstakes. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received by DailyProgress.com no later than Midnight, October 30, 2008, Eastern Standard Time. Participants who fail to provide the required information will not be notified by DailyProgress.com.

14. Winners will be selected by random drawing by DailyProgress.com on or about October 30, 2007.
