Two men have been arrested on cocaine-related charges after the Jefferson Area Drug Enforcement task force conducted raids at four Albemarle County homes Saturday night.
Police said county residents Enriquez Baeza Heriberto, 34, and Fernando Mernio Alvarez, 33, have been charged with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, a felony. Police seized roughly 128 grams of coke, three firearms and more than $15,000 during the raid, which occurred around 9:15 p.m.
According to authorities, the cocaine has a potential street value of about $12,800.
Charlottesville and Albemarle police, the Virginia State Police and the Chesterfield County Vice and Narcotics Unit assisted JADE officers. Police said the investigation is ongoing, and more arrests and charges might be pending.

I wonder if these two were legal in the US, and more importantly, would it be reported if they were not?
