Oak Hill Market robbed at gunpoint

Albemarle County police are searching for a man who robbed the Oak Hill Market on Tuesday evening.
About 8 p.m., a man wielding a gun entered the store at 667 Country Green Lane and demanded money from the clerk, who was alone, according to Sgt. Darrell R. Byers.
The robber got an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot, Byers said.
Police searched the area but did not find the robber.
