Murray High School, an Albemarle County charter school, is accepting applications for fall 2008.
The school offers small classes, opportunities for hands-on learning and extra teacher support, school officials say. Students receive laptops and take four classes at a time, instead of seven.
Students can redo assignments until they earn at least a B.
Murray is fully accredited and offers all courses leading to a standard or advanced studies diploma.

I believe students at Murray are given a laptop to use during the school day, not one to keep or to take home. But they do get exclusive use all day long for all of their assignments and classes.
