Piedmont Virginia Community College’s graduation this afternoon has been relocated to University Hall at the University of Virginia.

Gov. Timothy M. Kaine will address PVCC’s 373 graduates at 6 p.m. at U-Hall, located at Emmet and Massie streets across from the John Paul Jones Arena.
