Democrat Mark R. Warner will visit Fluvanna County on Saturday as part of his campaign for U.S. Senate.
Warner will appear at a reception at Glen Burnie, the home of Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors Chairman Marvin Moss.
The event will be held from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Glen Burnie is on the east side of U.S. 15 just south of Route 632, a half-mile south of the new fire station. Its entrance has brick pillars and green wooden gates.
The reception is open to the public.
Warner, a former Virginia governor, is facing Republican Jim Gilmore, also a former governor, in the Nov. 4 election to succeed retiring Sen. John W. Warner.
