According to court records, Jonithan Tracy Mullins, 33, faces two counts each of attempted malicious wounding and attempted murder and one count of brandishing a firearm. A Greene grand jury previously handed down indictments charging him with use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and attempted capital murder.
