Broken water fountain is torture

One day it was burning up outside and I saw a water fountain at Lee Park on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall. I ran over to it hoping to get some nice, cool water, but when I pressed the button there was no water.
I think somebody should fix that water fountain so they won’t be tortured like I was.
