When is the Virginia legislature going to wake up and do what the Michigan Senate is doing, and introduce a bill calling for a two-year moratorium on foreclosures and evictions?
Not only would the victims of a lousy economy benefit, but so would the banks from an improved prospect of being paid back their investment.
