An Afton man charged in the Interstate 64 shootings in March is considering pleading guilty in Albemarle County.

Woodson, 19, of Afton, pleaded guilty to two counts of shooting into an occupied residence, three counts of maliciously shooting from a vehicle and one count of destruction of property for shots fired at the DuPont Community Credit Union.

After driving around for a while to forget the frustration of working on Woodson’s Isuzu Rodeo, Woodson pulled over and removed a gun out of the back seat, Dawson testified. Dawson also admitted to firing a few shots as they drove around Albemarle.
