After rolling through the Jefferson District during the regular season, the Louisa County baseball team looks for continued success as the postseason begins.

The Lions made quick work of visiting Fluvanna County to remain perfect in the district with a 10-2 victory.

For a few innings, it appeared Orange County was ready to end several years of frustrating losses and knock off powerhouse rival Louisa County. But a monster double by Louisa’s Dylan Szalankiewicz helped spark a five-run fifth inning that blew apart Orange’s chances.
