County, city welcome future NGIC employees

Chicago firm gets NGIC contract
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a contract to a Chicago firm to design and build the Joint-Use Intelligence Analysis Facility on U.S. 29 north of Charlottesville.
The facility will be built on 46 acres at Rivanna Station next to the National Ground Intelligence Center, a spokeswoman for the Corps of Engineers in Norfolk announced Wednesday.
