Fort Lee soldiers returning from Afghanistan and Iraq

PETERSBURG — Sixty-seven soldiers are due back at Fort Lee after six-month deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.

The soldiers are expected to return late Thursday night. They are with the Army's 111th Quartermaster Company, based at the Petersburg post.

During their deployments, the soldiers worked on mortuary affairs operations.
