UVa move-in to affect weekend trolley, bus service

To avoid traffic tie-ups as University of Virginia students move into dorms and apartments on Friday and Saturday, the Charlottesville Area Transit authority plans to detour its free trolley-style bus service around the area.

Transit officials also expect other routes to be affected by potentially heavy traffic as the students return.
