Flossie Williams Breeden Flossie Williams Breeden, 87, of Rhoadesville, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2013, at the Culpeper Regional Hospital. Born on March 16, 1926, in Greene County, she was the daughter of the late Nickolas and Nellie Hensley Williams. Her husband was the late Cecil Edward Breeden. Also preceding her in death was a son, Edward Breeden. Mrs Breeden is survived by six daughters, Jane Richards and husband, Michael, of Spotsylvania, Gladys Menefee and husband, Ray, of Culpeper, Fay Shifflett and companion, Stevie Coleman, of Spotsylvania, Sueanne Breeden of Waynesboro, Ann Brockman and husband, Ray, of Rhoadesville, and Pamela Hayes and husband, Kyle, of Orange; son, Hubert Breeden and wife, Roberta, of Unionville; daughter-in-law, Ginny Breeden of Castleton; sisters, Madeline Williams of Stanardsville, Raney Lawson of Ruckersville, and Pearl Lamb of Barboursville; brother, Edward Williams and wife, Virginia, of Charlottesville, 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren, three of these were raised by and lived with Flossie; and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 5, 2013, at the Preddy Funeral Home, 250 West Main Street in Orange. Brother Josh Shifflett and Jerry Hall will officiate. Interment will follow at the Culpeper National Cemetery at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 4, 2013, from 2 until 4 p.m.
