Culpeper is positioning itself to be the premier location for auto-cycle development — partially due to the fact it will house the only auto-cycle manufacturer in the country.
Gov. Bob McDonnell helped cut the ribbon for the new assembly line location of Tanom Motors Tuesday afternoon, where the Tanom Invader will be produced.
