Amir Tafari Tamrat Amir Tafari Tamrat, 54, of Orange, Virginia, passed on Monday, July 15, 2013, at Culpeper Regional Hospital. He was born on December 17, 1958. Amir is survived by his wife, Teresa M. Reyes-Tamrat of Orange, Virginia; one daughter, Diane Lekeisha Brown of Renton, Washington; three sons, Tafari and Edward Tamrat both of Orange, Virginia, and Marvin Anton Bryant of Washington, D.C.; four sisters, Johnnie Belinda Tolliver of Waldorf, Maryland, Deborah Marshall, Rose Marshall and Delores Marshall, all of Washington, D.C.; two brothers, Tafari Tamrat of New York, New York, and Jerome Marshall of Washington, D.C.; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Milton Anton Bryant; two sisters, Genie Mae Brunson and Diane Marshall, both of Washington, D.C.; and three brothers, William Marshall, Trevor Marshall and James Marshall, all of Washington, D.C. Family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at Joynes Funeral Home, 29 N. Third Street, Warrenton, VA 20186. The interment and private graveside service will be held 12 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Bright View Cemetery, 8265 Lunsford Road, Warrenton, Virginia.
