P.K. Wade & Sons Welding and Repair is a family owned business that was started by Pat Wade. Pat began P.K. Wade & Sons with the intention of teaching his sons a trade and leaving them with a business they can grow as well as spending more time with them. Pat has been in the welding business since 1979 and most recently has worked in management and design. He enjoys working with local businesses and people in the valley. Pat began working in metal fabrication and welding during in the summers while he was still in high school. His first job was building trash dumpsters. He completed his education at Valley Vocational Technical School. Pat worked for a few welding shops in the valley after completing school. Later, he took classes to learn auto cad, blue print reading and project management. In the 2000’s he began in management. At P.K. Wade & Sons Welding and Repair, we take pride in our work. Our focus is on customer satisfaction no matter how big or small the job is. We want you to be satisfied so we do it right the first time at a fair price. There is a lot of new equipment available, but what really counts is the weld. We offer free estimates. Our services extend to onsite and after hours work. We use auto cad to design to your specifications. Here at P.K. Wade & Sons we work with all types of metals from sheet metal to plate metal. I am Soodie Musselman. I have lived in Culpeper full time since 1984 and have been a Realtor since 1992. In 1993, I was awarded the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award by the Piedmont Area Realtor Association. I am ePro certified and Distressed Property certified. My specialties include residential listings, farm and property listings and new construction. My husband, Ron Musselman, is a local Class A contractor here in Culpeper and, in partnership with him, we work to provide quality homes on your land or I will find land for you. Having been raised in the military and travelled the world, I pride myself on having a unique understanding of people from all walks of life. In addition, my background in Psychology has allowed my natural empathy and compassion to shine, helping a buyer or seller through every step of a transaction, handling each step and its challenges with calm and logic. In addition to being a Realtor, I am the proud mom of two successful, grown children. I am a floral designer, active in the Culpeper Garden club and I enjoy many other hobbies such as needlework, custom jewelry design, reading and playing bridge.
