CL19000115-00 CACV, Inc. and C&W Asset Acquisition, LLC In Re: 608 Arch Avenue, Waynesboro, more particularly described as "All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, belonging, lying and being in the City of Waynesboro, Virginia, designated on the plat of the Waynesboro Company as Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Sixteen (16). ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is for the Plaintiff, Thea M. Jordan, sole heir at law of Gloria Ann Thurman, who died intestate on October 19, 2016, (CWF160000143, Circuit Court for the City of Waynesboro, Virginia), to clear title to the above referenced real estate and to petition this Court for an Order for the release of judgments liens identified in her petition. It appearing that the Plaintiff, having executed an Affidavit, and after due diligence, is unable to locate the creditors named in this case and listed above, it is accordingly ORDERED that said creditors, CACV, Inc. and C&W Asset Acquisition, L.L.C, shall appear before this Court on or before August 13, 2019 at 4:30 PM and protect their interests herein. In accordance with § 8.01-317 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended), it is also ORDERED that: 1. This Order of Publication shall be published once each week for four successive weeks in the Waynesboro News Virginian, a newspaper of general circulation in the Waynesboro, Virginia area; 2. This Order of Publication shall be posted at the front door of the courthouse at the Waynesboro Circuit Court; 3. A copy of this Order of Publication shall also be mailed to the creditors at the address given in the Affidavit also filed herein, as required by § 8.01-316; 4. The Clerk of the Court is directed to cause copies of this Order to be so posted, mailed and transmitted to the Waynesboro News Virginian within twenty (20) days following entry of this Order. Upon completion of such publication, the clerk shall file a certificate in the papers of the case that there has been compliance with the requirements of § 8.01-317; 5. The cost of publication in the Waynesboro News Virginian shall be paid by the Plaintiff. The Clerk of the Court shall mail a certified copy of this Order to counsel of record.
