The second half of the Fridays After Five free outdoor concert season will conclude with a Thursday show on Sept. 5.

The Skip Castro Band and opener Billy & The Backbeats will perform Sept. 5 to end the season because a University of Virginia home football game is scheduled for Sept. 6. The traditional “Paint the Town Orange” pep rally will begin immediately after the Sept. 5 show.

July 19: Free Union and Dropping Julia

July 26: Randy Johnston 3 Plus 3 and Spudnik

Aug. 2: Mama Tried and 14 Stories Band

Aug. 9: Adar and Dharma Bombs

Aug. 16: Second Draw and Calie Garrett

Aug. 23: Charlottesville Municipal Band and Salute to Swing

Aug. 30: Corey Harris and Tonia Ray and the Sound Machine

Sept. 5: The Skip Castro Band and Billy & The Backbeats.
