The American Legion Post 128 raffle ticket drawing, which was to have been conducted at noon on the 4th of July on the courthouse steps, will instead be conducted at the William Monroe High School football field at 7:55 p.m. during the ceremonies leading up to the 4th of July fireworks display. This change was necessitated by Stanardsville’s changes to the time and location of this year’s parade-related events.
